Lake Winnie Resort Reviews

"We have been staying at Four Seasons Resort for years now. It is a great family friendly place to go for rest and relaxation. Situated on the Mississippi River where it flows into Lake Winnibigoshish affords you the opportunity to do many activities (boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing). We rented a pontoon boat from the resort for the week we were there. The views are wonderful and the resort is clean and well maintained. The fishing was great, even from the dock. A couple of years ago, our son pulled a 25 inch walleye in while fishing from the dock. This trip we witnessed another kid catch a 24 inch Northern Pike right off the dock. Our kids love coming to Four Seasons and ask that we go every year. Kids love the swimming pools (larger pool is heated, baby pool is not) and playground. Parents love that once we arrive and unpack, we can park the vehicle and not get back into it until it is time to go home. We also love the seclusion of the resort and that our kids can run around and play/explore without issue. Wifi is available in the lodge which is helpful for those that have to check in at work as cell service is spotty. I didn't mind the spotty service as the goal of these trips are to disconnect. We stayed in one of the 'condos' and had AC and Dish Network TV (so there is never too much disconnect). All in all, we have a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next trip to Four Seasons Resort."
